S'up dudes!
What does everyone use, and what is your personal opinion on oth Mozilla FireFox and Internet Explorer?
Personally, I prefer MF because there is a lot less pop-ups and its a lot faster. IE also doesn't look at good at FF as you can download Themes.
What does every else have/reckon?

I use FireFox because its SAFER than explorer and because its quicker, but some websites have compatability problems with FireFox and you need to use Explorer on them.
To twist it around however, HP's new Netscape browser works like FireFox and Explorer, so you can go on EVERY website, isn't that clever? I haven't tried it myself because i'm happy with my furry fox! :D

I use IE. If you have a decent pop up blocker (like me) you never get any pop ups coming up.

Im a Firefox user, I love tabbed browsing!
Firefox is way better than any other browser out there. I used to use IE all the time, but when someone recommended using FF I was hooked. Tabbed browsing is amazing!! Plus it is alot safer and faster which lets face it has gotta be a plus point!

You open up tabs for each site or page you want to look at :) Try right click.

Firefox for me. It just does a lot more things that once I've got used to, I can't go back such as :
1. Tabbed browsing
2. Keeping downloads organized
3. Keeps passwords organized
Those things are to hard to give up.

Firefox. I can't live without the tabs. Plus it's faster.
I use Opera which is better than both.
Used Firefox for a year and after a while it took ages to load things up and crashed alot.
Opera has tabs and other funky stuff, Also very fast.
Firefox for me! IE is utter trollop. Almost as painful as watching an 84-year-old granny try to zimmer frame her way up a downwards escalator...:|

MOZZILLLAAAH!! Firefox! That's right, I'm a foxy-man and I'm currently trying out the v1.5 BETA..It's a lot better than the prevoious verions in that if you click on an external link from an email or something (I'm also using Mozilla Thunderbird) it just opens up a tab in firefox instead of you losing the page you were just on...yup...Firefox is a **** load better than Internet Explorer..that's for sure...quicker, safer...everything!

I use Netscape and IE. I feel special as I am the only one using Netscape some of the time.
is there really any debate anymore? Firefox blows IE out of the water in every catagory (fuctionality, security, customization, etc..) IE7 might change this, but i highly doubt it

File--->New Tab :D

Thats kinda true. My FireFox is actualyl starting to crash quite a bit. Like sometimes when I press on it on my Desktop to open it up it just won't load up and I have to go on IE, which is always a pain up the backside.

a shortcut to opening up a link in a tab is to click the scroll button when the cursor is on the link...this opens up the link in a new tab...

Internet Explorer because Fire Fox doesn't work for me.
I use Firefox, which is by far better then Internet Explorer.
I used to always use Internet Explorer but the spyware started to do my head in, had to format my PC twice for undeleteable spyware:(. Not had one piece of spyware since I have used Firefox.
Plus the tabbed viewing is great, less windows all over the taskbar at the bottom :D

Firefox is better than Internet Explorer, for sure... but people seem to bypass the fact that you can turn off ActiveX, which is what most programs use to download themselves onto your computer. Also, IE7 will feature tabbed browsing.
Personally, though... I find Safari and Opera better than Firefox for anything except using Blogger.com.
[EDIT]And I must add... whilst Firefox does still block a majority of popups, it does nothing to popunders.

one thing that i found to help against spyware on IE,by accident of course. was using Download accelerator plus incorporated into the browser. it would ask you if you want to download such and such a file. not to mention it really does help out on downloading things faster. especially slower connections. ;)

Top row: left, Opera. Right, Camino.
Bottom row: left, Firefox. Right, Safari (my favoured browser at the moment).
Firefox is getting too poular, no doubt it will soon attract the attention of the Spyware and Adware -----s.
Opera Loyal.
