can anyone help i have to pick a lock door to carry on with the main quest but i used all my lock picks on the door so i dont have any more lock picks is there anywhere i can get them from

But to answere your question, go to the Imperial city Stables hug the wall and go left until you find Shady Sam and buy them from him.

the only stables that are in the imperial city are chestnut handy stables is that the one

how do i know if i've become a vampire or not i've been told i have contracted that vampire disease but i then used a potion of cure disease but dont know if i was too late

Check the skills page it will tell you what you have contracted... If you have slept after 3 days having been bitten you will become a vampire and need to do a quest to cure yourself... If you have been bitten - go and speak to the Count at Skingrad as his wife has been bitten and you can get the stuff and get some money too - as he will reward you. Potions btw will not cure you if you have become a vampire. If you have not slept within 3 days of being bitten - goto a church and goto alter you could find the blessing once you activate the alter will heal you. If you are a vampire - you have to complete quest... or feed to keep you active in the day.

And on the lockpicks - if you have reached level 10 or higher - go to the Nocturnal shrine which if you look on map where Leyawiin is - just walk upwards away from the city on the right hand side of the lake and you will come to the shrine - this is one of the easiest quests and you get the unbreakable lockpick - just don't go giving it to Martin as the deadric artefact...

For that object (Martin needs deadric atefact in main quest line) - complete the Wabbajack quest (Sheogorath's Shrine). Before you do the Wabbajack quest you need to make sure you have certain items which are - - 3xheads of lettuce, yarn and a lesser soul gem. Its another easy quest but takes some time.
