BTW, I we use a dual 1.8Ghz G5 mainly for music but also video editing. Next to the 360 I'd say the Mac rocks.

my housemate is about to a quad G5 soon (with 30" cinema display), cheeky *******! :@ is his imac G5 not enough!?
thinking about it in this house we've got 1 G5 tower, 1 G5 imac, 1 g4 emac and 1 G3 ibook, huh bloody hell :unsure: only 3 people

I have an iBook G4 which I make use of primarily just for general use- browsing the internet, photo manipulation, music etc.

yep i suppose it is a phatmac house, we're all on the same course doing a BA degree in graphic design and advertising, thats why we gots em, not because we're rich :(
yep final cut and i dabble a bit in motion and cinema 4d

i used to have an ibook, bloody great things, until it died :'( but apple replaced it (Y)
