Republic Commando 2

I just bought the Star Wars: Republic Commando for XBOX and it's amazing. The campaign is awesome. The online play for XBOX LIVE is very fun. It's like Counter-Strike and Halo 2 put-together. I was wondering if there will be a sequel coming out for 360. The sequel would be huge. Have you ever played it?

i think ive played it, briefly. but there are quite a few star wars ones like that, is it the one where you are a sortof imperial guard type with 3 other in your team? or something either way i think i played it. it was allright if i remember, would look good on the 360 :cool:

Yeah it's the 'squad based' shooter that came out. I have it for Xbox but I'm not too keen on it really.

Can't see there being a 2nd game though as the Republic Commando's are far from a lot of people's thoughts since EP 3 has been and gone.

I like fast high technology squad based shooters, and this game has it.

Do you not find that the targeting isn't very accurate.

So with most guns you can't pull off precise headshot's due to the aim being very loose.

Yeah it's pretty slow. But that doesnt really bother me. Mostly it does....haha :D ....But i really like this game....Just like Halo 2......It's story line was bad but i still played it.....It's online enviroment was filled with cheaters, but still played it, because it was fun. This is the same. Expect there is no cheaters, and it's campaign is nice. There are flaws there and there, but it's cool......oh and yeah, dont you love the smart A.I.? I love how you can assign you soldiers to move to a spot and do a specific order.

I didn'y bother playing very far into it, only a level or two.

There are good sides to having a modded Xbox (loadsa games) but the downside is that the more games I had the less time I'd put into each one. SW:RC was one of the games that seemed just ok so was put into the 'maybe play later' pile never to be touched again. Unable to play it on Live so can't coment on that side of the game.
