Pro Evo 5 Problems

first of all whats the best time to get signed into live with this game to get a match against somebody, i cannot get one at all, no matter what i do how hard i try i cant get a game and when somebody does come up they reject my challenge.

secondly, ive got a glich in scoring, say i play as manchester united in the masters league, rooney has 2 goals i give him the ball he scores his hat-trick and then the game then puts the goal in van der sars name scoring in 0 minutes whats up with that? this happens nealry every game no matter who scores and how many they have (N)

Wow, the second glitch is a random one, and I can't really give you any help on that.

As for the first one, though, you've got to just keep working at it. People don't like to play newcomers because if the new guy turns out to be good they could end up losing a lot of points. So until you've got some point under your belt you won't be able to get many games... and the cruel irony of that is that you can't get any points under your belt unless you play games.

Meh, as I said, stick at it. You'll find some players soon, and then after you get a few wins you'll be fine.

ok AJ thanx for the advice, the goal scoring glitch happend in all 10 of my games i played after posting that message, cant see why it has to do that

Good games, mate. I was surprised at how difficult you were to break down, especially seeing as you were Barcelona, a traditionally rubbish defensive team in PES5. So well done on that - it was a lot more tightly-knit than I would have expected.

A couple of tips for you in future, though, mainly to do with passing it out with the keeper. It is the best way to start an attack, as you're confirmed possession rather than putting it up in the air for a 50/50. But only do it if there isn't an opposition player nearby. There were countless times in which you could have done it, as my players were ages away, but you chose the time when Mutu was marking your player closely. So yeah, do it more often, but watch the radar just in case. :) Also, try and do the same to me. Every time the ball went out for a goal kick to me I could just simply pass it out to my fullbacks and start an attack, as you didn't press me. If you did, I would have had to punt more often, and you would have got the ball a few more times in midfield.

Just a few general tips for you, there, which should help. Another thing - try and get a man on the line for free kicks. My Mutu goal wouldn't have gone in if you'd got a man back, which you had time to do. :)

I got it today. Just trying to get out of FIFA MODE and into PES MODE. Im pretty poor but if I can get back to my oldself like I was on the PS2 you will all be crying :p
