With all the recent gossip going on lately about Halo 3, I've recently been on the Bungie website and there's a brand spanking new update featuring the next Halo project. The link is here if anyone's interested:

Weekly Update (http://www.bungie.net/News/TopStory.aspx?story=HGNJedi631sucks&p=6438173)

Okay, so Bungie has just announced that they are making a comic, which could very well be what all the fuss has been about recently, which relates strongly to the quote Shane Kim said during a press event in New York. So the strong possibilty of the next Halo game being a prequal may now be pure speculation, and a mis-understanding of Game Informers.

Anyway, the point of this thread wasn't to do with the Halo comic it self, but something else I had discovered whist clicking on a picture to enlarge it, here it is:

Notice how the logo has 3 dots? Why would that be used for a comic that isn't really related to the 3rd game at all? Could this be a teaser from Bungie? Or is it TOO obvious?

Anyway, discuss if you please. (Y)

You got a good point. Those three dots either mean something related with Halo 3 or Bungie just drew it on the picture, just to tease Halo fans.

PS: Master Chief is skinny in that picture, not cool.

3 dots could mean the 3 in Halo 3

or.......*get ready for this rather contreversial theory*

it could be three dots because it looks cool.
