Well played the beta the other day the maps on the beta are pretty small and the respawn needs fixing as you can spawn and just be killed in like 2 secs bit annoying graphically game looks very goodand the gameplay is ok think this game will be better in single player though.

The beta is just multiplayer only cant play co-op on it.Its a closed beta so I should really send them feedback on the game lol

Game looks amazing, i tried everything to get into the beta but i couldn't get a code lol. I could have got one from pre ordering infamous but i found the infamous demo rather boring.

I think this really is going to be the game of this current console generation, and without a doubt the best game ever released on PS3. It seems like it's going to be pushing the limits of the system and showing exactly what the PS3 can do, it's basically what we've been wanting since the PS3 was first announced.

There's even more extras they're throwing in, as if the game itself isn't enough. Check this out:

I had the beta and it was very good, graphics are awesome and the controls are spot on, spawn camping was a bit annoying although i cant say i didnt participate in some myself, needs to be sorted though. It is going to be great i will be getting it just for online.

First thing I do when I get my own ps3 is play the first one and then grab the second. It looks so beautiful :O

How was the beta? I played a few mins of it and .. honestly didn't think much of the controls.

Multiplayer Demo comes out on Sept 15th for those who pre-ordered it from select game stores (I know Gamestop in the US is giving out the codes if you do).

As for Uncharted 1, we're still waiting for a patch to allow it to work again. Apparently the recent Firmware 3.0 update has made it unplayable. I know personally my game always freezes during the load screen. Hopefully it'll be patched soon, I really want to play this before the 2nd game comes out.

I'll try the multiplayer, but I think all it's gonna do is make me more antsy to see the full single player game.

I did not know that the beta was still open. My Infamous copy did not come with a beta code when I bought it in early August. Not sure why.

The demo opens in 5 days, so if you pre-ordered it you have a chance to get on in that. I'll make sure to pick up a headset before then.

HUGE news! Probably deserves it's own thread, but who am I to rock the boat?

Uncharted 2 is going to have a special sneak peek in CINEMAS! That's right, they're showing the game on the big screen projected in HD!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This is a huge step for video games in general, I think. They look so good these days, especially Uncharted 2, that movie theaters seem like a logical next step, especially if they have 90 minutes of cutscenes like this does!

It's one of the must owns for PS3! You've got until the 28th for the beta to open to the public, so you can probably get through a campaign or two in U1.

I've decided to not get this game. Got hit hard with a university bill recently, took me down a few pegs. Time to save money =\

I'll pick it up some time in the future however.

This game is so good visually second to nothing that has ever been made they have improved from Metal Gear solid 4 and I never thought I would see that the storyline is very good, I am only in chapter 1 but it is massive took me over about 4 hours to get to where I am and the way they send you back in time to the present in the story is done very well.

Not played Multiplayer yet buy the single player is very good there are some moments and I am like wtf you just dont think anything is going to happen they all of a sudden you are in a building that is collapsing.

The varity of different levels in Chapter 1 is so good you go from mountains to jungles to citys falling apart its done very well.

Some down points A.I is ok nothing special this game I think could be a bit better if the shooting was realistic you shoot someone in teh head with 1 bullet and they die that does not happen unless you are useing pwerfull snipers pistols.

9 - 10 so far and enjoying every minute

Not had a chance to play much with work committments but had a good 1.5 hours today. Nepal is visually stunning and I really like the character work and voice acting. I only stopped playing as the PS pad cramps my hand up.

The MP is very good, I think you'll enjoy it... it has the same feel of the SP, which is what I was worried about when I first tried it, but it's really just great and helps the overall experience of Uncharted 2.

The Village after the train wreck sequence is some of the best graphics I have seen on a console. It looks so bright and colourful, it jumps off the screen. Not played the MP yet as I really have no interest in it.

What kind of connection are you on? That sounds like it could be a lag issue, I've had experiences of people walking off headshots, but never to that extreme.

As for the guys in armor, it's just a skin you can buy from the store, doesn't make a ton of difference gameplay wise, just makes you look different from everyone else.

Looking forward to the review. We're in the same boat, I'm going after the treasures now on my second playthrough, but I did increase the difficulty.

I didn't think Multiplayer would be my cup of tea either, as I'm not someone who usually plays a lot of multiplayer, but I have to be honest in telling you I LOVE IT. It's probably the most fun I've had playing multiplayer in a very long time, and can see myself playing it for quite a while. I think you'll like it if you give it a try.

Now I like to think that I'm pretty good at finding the treasures around the levels but some of them are harder to find than I first thought. Fear not though as GamesRadar's Treasure Guide (http://www.gamesradar.com/f/uncharted-2-treasure-guide/a-20090921155219333074/p-2) is really handy to help you when all else seems lost. I've looked at it once so far after searching a level right through twice and not being able to find any treasure.

Anyone play MP today? Naughty Dog's dressed the game up for halloween, so now if you're on the "heroes" side you're a skeleton and if you're on the "villians" side you're a zombie! It's pretty cool, plus it's double cash all weekend!
