I haven't read the books but such details are stated in there.
Its something to do with the 'Augmentation' Process, where they are Modifying the bodies etc.
One of the processes must basically modify the excretion, and digestion system to 6 months or something. As well as the need not to eat; resulting in the need never to poop :)

I said "not got" haha, MC must have 17's at least being 7ft and genetically modified, and he must have something like 45"+ chest. Create the suits with those specs in mind and ship it with a ---- load of cotton wool for people to pad it out to fit. :D
