!!fancy dress help!!

Hey all :)
Well, this saturday coming, my friends got some MASSIVE Fancy Dress party for his 18th , and his sisters 21st. Its gonna be a fest... of all sorts of baking.
Erm.
Basically i need some ideas on what to go as :P
Serious ones :P

Not maid costumes and the such!
And also if any of you have bought costumes off the net before any places you can recommend :)

My friends all went out as the Baseball Fury's from the movie The Warriors - they looked pretty sweet and everyone was getting their photo taken with them.

Dont go as the Joker, ----ing everyone goes as the Joker nowadays, guarantee you will see at least 3 there if its a big do, plus its very hard to make it look good.

The Fury's are always good, but you need a few of you really, like Clockwork Orange.

and it looks quite decent too

yep, before xmas i went to a fancy dress party and 2 people went as the joker, i went as Ozzy Osbourne :)

Best costumes i saw were a smurf and smurfette and one guy as an umpa-loompa
