Pretty harsh in my opinion.

Not that I care, can't stand him.

it is but they only seem to be going from bad to worse. Sometimes a new manager for some reason helps teams win ?

He should have been given the Stoke game but i dont care, hate the guy too. He's the only person i've seen tell someone to F*&K OFF! when they asked for his autograph.

I don't think he has ever looked like a prem manager. All his signings have been below par (but I do love fowler).

1st post woo who

I really dont like the man. `The Guv'nor' as he liked to be called by the the youth team at Man Utd is a grade A ----. He doesnt have the knowledge or man management skills to be successful in the premiership.

Whatever you think about him personally giving a manager just 5 months is ridiculous, giving any new manager less than 12 months in charge is shocking (though far too common nowadays). He wasn't even given a chance to put together a team that he wanted.

Oh well...Paul Jewell will be gone soon too I reckon.

Well it's the price they pay for being in the results business. It was too big a step up, too early in his managerial career if you ask me. Did well in the lower league with MK Dons but the Premiership is all about results and if you don't deliver you'll be out of a job. Only 17 games in charge as well. He could always apply for the Sunderland job........:p

It's his own fault for not playing Matt Derbyshire every game.

why do players not take any blame nowadays?

Because it was virtually the same team that Mark Hughes had, and they've gone from being a strong Premiership side playing good football, to utterly ----e.

I agree managers don't get enough time nowadays, but Ince was never going to turn it around anyway. Plus he's a ----, so I'm especially not bothered because of that.

And the replacement has been confirmed as ex-Bolton and Newcastle United manager, Sam Allardyce (http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/teams/b/blackburn_rovers/7787940.stm).

Didnt properly replace Freidel and Bentley in my opinion. And then he played Roberts over McCarthy!, he signed Fowler and the guy from MK Dons whose name i cant remember, not the best business.

Plus, like Waccoe says, he should have played Derbyshire!

Also, Pedersen has been rubbish for him this year. With no Pedersen or Bentley playing for them well they dont make any chances for Santa Cruz

Santa Cruz may aswell have not been on the pitch since his house got robbed. His head hasn't been on the game. Should've seen what Ince did in January really.

Big Sam will do the business in January anyway like, just a bit harsh.

If you take the name INCE and rearrange the letters you get ----, ----, ----
