oblivion is the best rpg on the 360 i havent given fallout 3 enougth time yet to tell i thats better.

and make sure you get the goty edition

Oblivion is EPIC and yeah get the game of the year (GOTY) ed as its packed with goodness. As RBF said aswell, I havent gave Fallout 3 the time it deserves yet, or for that matter Fable 2 aswell, theres just too many good games out to tackle at the minute

If ya got a PS3 I will give you my GOTY Edition Free dont play it much now but it is a top notch game best game I played on the 360 when I had it mates brother has the 360 copy.
