The upcoming episode of the video game Grand Theft Auto IV looks to be a wild one.

GTA IV, which was released in April for the Xbox 360 and Sony PlayStation 3, focused on former Eastern European soldier Niko Bellic and his escalating life of crime in the boroughs of Liberty City. This new episode, available Feb. 17 via download exclusively for those who own the Xbox 360 version (no price yet), stars Johnny Klebitz, a member of Liberty City biker gang The Lost.

"Johnny is a very different character than Niko, with a very different background," says Dan Houser, vice president of creative development for Rockstar Games. "I can't go into too much detail on the story, because we try not to give away too much plot before the game is released. But I can say that the story will show you a different side of Liberty City."

The episode, titled The Lost and Damned, requires players to have the full version of the Mature-rated GTA IV (ages 17 and older) and an Xbox Live membership to download.

Nice that you play as a new character, it's looking like it's going to be quite big.

Is this the start of more to come? Did Rockstar agree to do a number of episodes or just this one?

I think its 2 exclusive episodes for the 360 and then its open to both 360 and PS3 after that if they want to.

Should be alright, have'nt played it for yonks so should make it nice and fresh when it comes out.

Traded it in for Saints Row 2, which was a great decision.

The DLC doesn't interest me. The game wasn't that good at all.

Search functions broke? When the ---- did that happen?

Anyways, I still love GTA4, I haven't played it in a while and no where near as much as I played the others, reason being is that GTA3, VC, SA was on consoles in which playing online wasn't the be all end all (until I started playing Halo 2 that is), and now just about every game that has a solid online experience, the mainly single player games get pushed aside.

But I will play GTA4 again when this comes out. I've 100%'d it twice, completed it 4x and will prob go through again since I had to delete my saves.

the search has broken on my browser, not on yours? oh well.

I think GTA suffered from the new brown and grey 'realism' of this gen. I honestly preferred crackdown coz it was fun, GTA almost felt like a chore to play sometimes.

Cool, but in no way is SR2 better than GTA. I got rid of SR 2 due to the immense amount of gliches and freezing that occured, very much a poor mans GTA. I prefer it being a bit more adult and realistic, unlike SR 2 which was just a mess tbh

I never froze one.

There wasn't that many glitches, none more than the usual game.
