Halo 3 Achievements

Ive completed the game a while ago on normal (offline)
At the time i got the achievements..but when i got back on XBL my achievements where gone ive since completed it again....Still no achievements, so anyway i was playing online and i noticed on my profile screen that i had unlcoked Spartan Officer pin...Still no achievement for that.

Is this a common thing with halo, Im abit naffed off like becuase i was gonne through campaign to get all the skulls but doubt its gonna show ive got them.

Any suggestions or is it just bad ---- ?

Don't think i've heard of that yet. Sometimes the online ones take a while to unlock but never longer than a minute or something. God knows.

Best thing to do is to not care about gamerscore (Y)
I used to buy games just for that, but it's pointless.
I prefer stats.

I just wanted the achievements so i can get the new armour really,
Anyhow i started campaign again from scratch and completed with all the achievements so its all sorted now.

If the spartan officer pin was recent heres the reason:

Its not like before when you would get to an overall rank lieutenant or w.e
Now- to get that achievement you need to be a playlist officer.
Like a lieutenant in Lone Wolves.

right, okay so for that particular achievement i need to get promoted in lone wolves ?

Like i say wasnt to fussed with the achievements wanted to unlock the new armour

I know halo's ranking system had a shuffle, dont really have a clue about it to be honest i had a look on bungie but still cant make head or twails out of it.

Well im something like lieutenant 10 on team slayer, but w/e i'll just hammer halo away & see what happens.
