Alright everyone,

I'm new here at ConsoleMonster, I've been visiting as a guest for a while now. Been searching around websites for a decent gaming forum, with a good community, open to discussion of both the consoles I have, 360 and PS3.
This seems the best place! :)

I'm always on IGN.com using the same alias, I keep up to date with the news on both consoles, so I'm always online in one way or another ;)

Couple details about myself;
My biggest aspiration is to work as a Concept Artist in the Video Games Industry. I've just left school after doing my exams. Games - Movies - Art - Music - Anime are just a couple of my derogatory interests. But hanging out with my close friends above all. Apart from that I'm quite an opinionated and farely articulate individual, but by no means obnoxious or aggressive. Chances are if I get flamed or see others getting flamed (out of jest) I'll just leave the forum.

I'll be checking back here every day or so, hopefully you'll find my contributions of some value. :)

What games you like playing?

I'm a big FPS fan, but I'll play almost anything which catches my eye. Last game I bought was MGS4 (Pre-Order), then after that I'm buying Battlefield: BC (Hopefully). I was a big fan of Battlefield 2 back in the day. I want to see how Alone in the Dark is aswell, it looks interesting from the tech demos I've seen.

At the moment I'm playing GTAIV, GH3 and Heavenly Sword (occasionally).
I got my PS3 last month, but I've had my 360 since 5 months after it launched.

ahhhh dude don't get me started on GCSE Art, I just finished my A level in it, now I've left before doing A2, sucks so much.

Our first unit was on Whitstable, and second on Still Life (minus any Human Form), so essentially plants and stuff. Doesn't take a genius to work out why I left.
Less than inspiring.

Here's an example of the type of stuff I'm working on at the moment, this started off as a doodle, which I then inked and painted (abit). I'm currently working on designs in this style (so ignore the dullness of the picture, it was just inking process and stuff which I was experimenting with), the reason behind this is that a friend and I are aiming to get some T-Shirt designs printed, and I'm also hand-painting and spray painting a pair of plain white Nike Air Forces, aswell as numerous plain white New Era hats.
It's like my project for the year, not so much as a job but.. I enjoy this field of designing, and I'll be proud if I get atleast one design worthy of printing on a t-shirt.

Once I get more complex designs, I'll post em somewhere if anyones interested

Oh and heres a quick shot of another retarded doodle of the same kind.. did it a while ago, just playing with a black pen and paints.

Yeah I'm back :)

It's been an incredibly dry gaming season for me these last few months, all my moneys gone into funding my shirt project - and yeah we're slowly advancing with it, and should be launching in February or March.

Those drawings are literally nothing compared to what I've been doing lately.


Anyway, I fixed my 360, I have my PS3 back, and I'm waiting for me Gaming PC to come for xmas!
