xbox live connection problems of late

ive been having issuse getting connected to live latley now when im on itll act real strange and sort of sign me out and take ages to load and such oh was wondering if anyone else is having isuses or is it just me because if its just me then i know its a problem on my end

internet, wireadapter or 360 been broken

Mines seemed to be alright tonight, there was a spell of like 30 mins where i was getting red ping on H3, but apart form that :)

i got on and was playing cod4 with padds and it was taking a extra 90 seconds at least to join a game i could tell because the voice chat was still open
