anyway to turn achievment notifications off

its just i find achievements distracting to my enjoyment of the games im playing id like to turn them off i dont mind earning them i just dont want them poping up in the middle of a game. i still want the so and so has logging in stuff

You can only turn notifications off (including messages, people online) like so:

Dashboard Button >> Personal Settings >> Notifications >> Untick Show Notifications

There is currently no way to just turn off achievement notifications.
