Sales of Goods Act - HELP?

Hey, my xbox is caputt and I want to try and get a new on wiusing the sales of goods act. Could anyone give me any spiel I can tell to Woolies to get them to give me a new one.

Points to remember are make sure you dont get fobbed off and make sure you mention reporting them to Trading Standards if the fail to give you what you want.

Shame, I've had it repaired by MS a few times, so it's not their responsibilty anymore.
Dunno whether it would still work. But nevermind, I might just wait till my birthday and get an elite or something.
