Xbox Live E-mail Problem!

Hi, after just getting onto Live for the first time in a year, I decided to go onto Live messenger, but it displayed my old e-mail address which I used to use. I cannot seem to change it to my new one, and worse I don't even know the password as well now.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks!

From my understanding you can't change you're MSN Messenger e-mail.

Where about in Wales were you from?

First find out your password, you can change your Windows Live ID attached to your Xbox Live account which would would enable you to log in to the 'correct account' on messenger.

Select your Gamercard on Xbox 360 Dashboard
Go To Account Management
Then Windows Live ID
Then Change Windows Live ID

Then follow the Instructions... Enjoy!

Note: You can't associate your Xbox Live account with a Windows Live ID that is already associated with another account you may have, such as Silver or your friend or family may have used.
