I might as well post this again as this is the only thread not to be destroyed thus far by the spammers.

There seems to be a massive mix up here. Recently we've had a number of fake accounts with abuse aimed towards me. All of the accounts email addresses were linked to accounts on this forum, so straight away we thought this was some kind of spam attack. After talking to a great lad called WACCOE it turns out its a massive misunderstanding.

I've been told this story:
Right, so there was this Halo 3 tourny setup, and anyone could join in, as long as you're registered to the forum
So lots of random people started signing up, just for the tourny as expected. Some of the regulars on CM didn't like that, started kicking up a big fuss
Everything got heated, with massive arguements, I got involved just out of boredom, so it was like a war, regulars vs newbies
It was all a bit of a laugh for a while, then someone started to set up false accounts, one of the new guys, trying to be funny
Accoutns with names such WACCOE IS GAY (thats my username), OUTLAW IS GAY, JAM MAN IS GAY, JOE= GAY, and all that, trying to wind us regulars up even more.

Obviously you must understand why there has been a mix up, and for that I sincerely apologise. Dont expect any more members to come here and spam, or at least I dont think there will be.

Again, I apologise.

Edit: I am yoshi by the way, and yes I know my username on CM is very strange...but it was the first thing that popped into my head.
