Right since the other fifa 08 league managed to get a load of randomers in I thought I'd start another!
The Phil Babb Cup is named after the legend that is Phil Babb, each team plays each other 3 times, injuries, bookings and offsides are on. 4 minutes a half. Teams can have no more than a 3 star rating.
I only want people who are going to post to take part, the league does have a password and I'll PM it to you once you post saying you want in.
