Broken headset

My headset has broke one of the wire's has come loose i think, as i can talk but can't hear anything, a good thing you might think..... but anyway, someone said they got MS to send them a new one? could I?

i rang them up and said, "it just broke, i didnt even do anything" blah blah, they'll get you to all of this random stuff which doesn't work, then they offer to send a new one. thats what happened to me anywayz.

I've had about 16 broken wired ones, in the end i just bought a wireless one.

Well my current wired one is playing up and hisses a lot lately so I've switched to my wireless one now instead. I will get another wired one but this will be about my 4th one now which is poor.

for a good headset it is. Tried getting a decent one for your pc lately? you'd spend way over that.

iv gone through like 5 wired headsets- got fed up n got a wirelesss one- hasnt failed me since

for a good headset it is. Tried getting a decent one for your pc lately? you'd spend way over that.
Of course ones on the pc cost more because they can be used as headphones for lots as other things aswell.

And the 360 headsets aren't good

Nah it doesn't unless some people have feedback issue around their houses. It doesn't sound as crisp as the wired headsets but it lasts a hell of a lot longer (battery is decent on it too).
