Now this is weird. There has been some leaked images on the web of possible PS3s Interface, and they're not that pretty. Here take a look at an article about it:

"The latest fake comes from web blog Kotaku with alleged images of the PlayStation 3 interface. Kotaku admits the reader who submitted the screens wasn't absolutely sure of authenticity, but if you'll remember Sony's continued emphasis on taking advantage of their cross-platform Cross Media Bar (XBM) interface, it's clear these aren't real."
"Sony debuted the Cross Media Bar with their failed PSX media center, but the interface returned in a more polished form on PSP. Since the handheld's debut, the company has been refining the interface via updates downloadable through PSP's Wi-Fi capabilities, and it's expected PlayStation 3 will take advantage of an even more refined version.
Kotaku's screens, however, are a far cry from what Sony's been emphasizing with their Cross Media Bar interface. For one, the 'movies' screen displays clips from various films in a horizontal fashion, whereas so far the Cross Media Bar has emphasized scrolling in a vertical fashion. Making such a drastic visual sense wouldn't make much sense for continuity purposes.
Plus, it simply doesn't look nearly as stylish as the Cross Media Bar. Incredibly small text, confusing menus - that's not what navigating a PSP is like."

"Even if you ignore the above logic, there's almost no way these images would have leaked from Sony or any developer currently working on the machine. Sony's managed to keep a tight lid on all PlayStation 3-related information so far, and that's little reason to suggest we're suddenly going to start seeing anything before Sony's real."
