Has anyone of you guys ever watched Tru Calling (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tru_calling)? I've been watching it all weekend and sadly just finished it, as they only made 26 episodes with the last ones being really good.

Anyone else seen it before? What did you think of it?



What should I watch next? I'm currently acquiring 'Eureka' [A town called Eureka in the UK] season 1, Veronica Mars season 1-3, Arrested Development, but I've also got Lost season 1 and 2 to watch again, The tribe season 1 and 2 [loved that when I was younger], series 1 of Entourage and all seasons of Buffy. I can't decide, someone help!

I thought Studio 60 looked tempting, but it's only one series before it got cancelled and that seemed like just enough time to get into it before it ends.

Poor viewing figures in the US. First episode got about 13 million but the last 5 episodes struggled for 4 million. In the US, that's a bomb.

Not really been watching many Series recently.

Watched the full season of Heroes in about a week.

Season 6 of The Shield has been amazing so far, but it stopped midway through in the USA and I havent seen any more episodes.

Hey buddy you have to watch "Entourage" you will love it and i watched Tru calling..not a bad show started to feel a bit repititous but not bad.Have you watched "The Unit" thats a great show kinda reminds me of Rainbow 6.Eureka is really good as well im just starting series 2.

Not yet watched the Unit, not even heard about it I don't think.

Tru Calling is amazing towards the end of series 1 and the few episodes of series 2 before it got cancelled. It got very much detailed and there were many more plots regarding Tru's dad, Jack and the purpose of all, especially to do with what if she saves someone who doesn't ask to be saved.

Only 2 series of "The Unit" at the moment buddy.And it was a bit disappointing Tru Calling being cancelled.Have you watched "Firefly" before its the Prequal to the movie "Serenity" i loved it all and cant believe that was cancelled.I also love Band Of Brothers(Best was series there ever was).And am also a big fan of the Ewan Magregor series "The long way round" i can watch that over and over and am looking forward to a new program with him and his Mate Charlie in "The long way down"

I've not seen Firefly, but heard only good things about it. Definitely on my list of things to get, especially as I liked Serenity.

Always been meaning to watch the Ewan McGregor things. Another one for the list!

I found an awesome show on fuse called "The Whitest Kids You Know". Very funny, a lot of their skits are on youtube if anyone is interested.

Iv spent the last 3 months of my life with 6 seasons of The Sopranos. This show is unbelievable, out of everything I have watched, films & TV ETC... nothing touches it. Its been epic from start to finish, even the worst episodes are genius!

I still have 8 episodes too get through, which have not been shown in the UK yet and i don't want too download them. So im waiting in anticipation.


Truly exceptional show.

Soprano's is amazing i watched all 6 series in a month and what a ride that was..one minute you love all the characters and the next your hating them and "Tony Soprano" is amazing character i would recommend this to anyone..Good call Retro

My mate introduced me to that a bit ago, loved it and now I've got the first two seasons on DVD to watch.

There's not much on at all recently, I've mainly just been rewatching all the episodes of the US Office because I'm obsessed, can't wait for the 3rd Season to be out on DVD, even more for September 28th and the new season to start! Been watching some of the UK one as well over again.

Also finishing up Season 1 of 24 on DVD, ----ing incredible it is.

Bought the first season of the Unit too, I remember watching most of it and how great it was, found it at a great price too so I figured I might as well buy it.

Now I've just got to buy Arrested Development, Extras, and Entourage...

Btw Flight of the Conchords is incredible, the episodes/single songs are on Youtube and really deserve to be watched, I started a few weeks ago and am addicted, too bad I don't have HBO.

ive been watching smallville for the last 5 months never watched it before and ive just watch the last one of season 6 today and it was good. but for every good episode theirs 1 crap one but its good enough to keep you coming back.

the unit is the best show on tv for action you get some amazing episodes carnt wait for season 3.

my personal favorite show is rescue me its about newyork firemen the guys a raging alcoholic and its funny as hell with the banta and the one liners. oh aye he can see ghosts now and again as well.

the shield is another favorite of mine its a shame the seasons are soo short i would like them to be longer.

Still aquiring Veronica Mars, but I've been hooked on Arrested Development which is such a great show. Anyone who has never seen it should really watch it.

Just finished watching Arrested Development which really is one of the better comedies out there. Shame it only lasted just under 3 series.

I ordered the Sopranos ages ago, but Royal Mail are messing me about a lot at the moment. I'm waiting on 3 play.com packages and 2 from a friend from Germany. I'm not impressed...

I think I'm going to take a break of TV series for a bit and watch some films that are sitting here waititng for me. :)

Im watching the end of series 3 of House (love this show) and am watching Stargate Atlantis season 1 at the moment but have downloaded series 2 and 3 also..just finished season 3 of Deadwood (My top 5 fave show of all time)..Tv Series are sooo good nowadays..Thank you America for actually doing something right and creating good solid entertainment..Has anyone watched Firefly i also love that show

why tv shows infinitly better

you get to know the charictors better in 20 1 hour episodes then you do in 1 90 minute film i alays think 90 minute films feel rushed has to be 2 hour + to be a good movie in my book

Yep i have to say Prison Break Season 3 opener was great and sets this season up nicely..this Prison is much more dangerous than season 1 prison.Fingers crossed it starys great..did anyone notice Sara Tancredi is not in the opening sequance?

I've been watching Veronica Mars. I love that show a lot and it's a shame it got cancelled after three seasons.

And then I watched Heroes which was pretty good. I think the main reason I liked it though is because I watched it over a week, rather then once a week. It had it's slow moments as well and I don't know how season 2 can carry on from that.

I watched series one of Ugly Betty after a friend of mine kept going on on how good it was. I have to say, I'm quite impressed, especially with the interlinked stories.

Just started watching Weeds. Can't say I've heard much about it before, I knew it existed, btu there wasn't ever much hype about it that got through to me. It's very very good though. I'm halfway through series one [sadly it's only 10 episodes] and it's very very interesting. Anyone else seen it?

Anyone heard of a new series called Life? it has the guy from band of brothers in (who played ---- Winters) it's about a cop who gets framed for murder and gets out of jail after 12 years, its so so so good so far, its on the fourth episode here in Aus.

Just watched Casanova, a 3 part miniseries with David Tenant [current Doctor Who] and he is just absolutely amazing. I have yet to find a film/series in which he is crap.
