Good luck dude, sure you'll do greatles.
Jam Man, when you go for your interview, imagine the boats being naked, no paint, no mast, no wheel, nothing. Then you'll be fine.

Internal interviews are most of the time meaningless, they'll know exactly what all the candidates are like and their work ethics oh and how much they lick ----...most likely they'll already have someone picked for the job and the interviews are just formalities to make it look like everyone has a shot.
If you get it well done, if not then it's doubtful that the interview lost it for you....probably due to another candidate being a real brown-nose.

Its for a totally separate job to the one I am doing just now, its not even located where I work at the moment. From the location that the job was for there where over 120 applicants only 13 got interviews. I think over 60 from my section applied and only 4 are being interviewed.
I just got back, I think I nailed 3 out of the 4 competencies, fluffed the other one (but not too badly). Its just a waiting game now. Should find out before the end of the month.
Thanks for the kind words troops, appreciated :D

I had an electrician apprentice ship lined up when I left school. Should have stuck with it but wanted to do something with computers. One of my mates is fully qualified and earns more from doing homers than from his normal job. Stick at it the money is great :D

I agree with MJ, they are rather pointless from the skills, experience, etc but what I have mostly found [based on my limited experience in things like that!] is that they much more want the whole talk about the future and what your aims within and outside the company are.
Hope you hear from them soon, I always hate the waiting game. :)
