Deja vu on wheels?

Ive just played the new moto 2007 demo and rode the laguna seca track,and it looks virtually identical to the forza 2 version.
Is it me or are the sim side of racing games getting a little similar?
Is there any point to buying these games just to ride different vehicles,on the same tracks?

The Moto GP demo includes Laguna Seca?! I have to download it after all!

But yeah, most games include real life tracks, don't they and after all Laguna Seca (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Laguna_seca) is a track that is used in racing.

I do know what you mean, but i think most people want games to include real life racetracks and it does make a difference whether or not you're in a car or on a bike.

Personally I love Laguna Seca, Nurburgring, Hockenheim and whatever they're all called.
