Use TVersity. The quality aint great but its acceptable.

you need a video convertor such as winavi or others, need to convert them to wmv format for them to be recognised by the 360

Yes, Go on to WINDOWS MEDIA SHARING PROGRAM, google that cant remember the exact program, it is on the Xbox.com website somewhere
and if u load up windows media player, and configure the options after downloading that u cna select enable xbox and then u can access them, sorry that its blurry, but i no longer require the program - set up ur console with ICS, or maybe a router and you need none of this.

That doesnt work with AVI's, which is what he wants to play.
