If you have any issues TELL them to ring the courier and for him to bring the labels, I got them to do it for me the first time and just got them to do it again, expecting him in the next few days.

Mine's been gone for a month now so I rang them up earlier to generally make a nuisance of myself. They say I'll get a month of Xbox live to cover the time lost and say they'll reimburse my premium content if I get sent a different machine, without too much pestering.

Yea mitch they sold me i have the stickers, they were apparently delivered, just so what i said and TELL them don't suggest it. They won't complain or deny it, ask for the box aswell :p
