Harry Potter:OOTP Demo problems

has anyone else who has downloaded the demo been experiencing problems, a minute into the demo the screen freezes and goes into a checkerboard like screen. ive done this a couple times so ive narrowed it down to the demo, not my 360.

tried deleting it and downloading again?
if it wont work its probably to do with your 360

Checkerboard screen is a classic GPU overheating symptom....so it could well be your 360!

indeed it was, shortly after, i got the 3 mother----ing lights, and i am now in a process that i thought would never happen to me. i should now get my baby back in 4-6 weeks.:'(:'(:'(:'(:'(:'(
