There's about 3-5 messages at the start telling you about the extended warranty(They're really making you aware) and then i got some ghetto support help person, he's like;
'Aight leon, it's gonna take something like 25 days to get ya console back innit, you ight with that?'
I was on for about 3-5 minutes talking to him and about 7 min in total, now that's customer support.
