At least with that group we have a chance of doing something.
Most likely we'll end up with a bunch of impossible teams, though. :(

Yeah, we're never going to do much, but then again, we probably wouldn't qualify in any of the group setups. We're maybe even better off in this one, as Scotland play much better as the underdogs, as our (home) performance against the Dutch, as well as the Italy and Germany matches have shown.
Trust England to get an absolute pisstake again. :(
Also, it means I'll get to replace Totti, Van Nistelrooy and Ballack at the top of my "best players I've seen play against Scotland" category with Henry and Vieira. :D

Just seen England's group on the All Sports Show. VERY easy group, should walk it!
Scotland have got a pretty hard draw though, they'll do well to get threw from there.

I'm hoping you have to play Russia as close to winter as possible, and other than that, well... loads of wins yet again. :(

Also a difficult group. Although, I would rate you higher than R.O.I nowadays.

Haha,yeah, probably.
We'll no doubt follow the usual Scotland procedure - beat France, draw away with Italy, and then lose 3-0 at home to Georgia.
It's the way we do things.

???DO YOU KNOW WHAT YOU ARE EVEN TALKING ABOUT???(retorical)
Didnt think so
but on a serious note Scotland are unpredictable at home and anything can happen as for AWAY our last away game no more than that have brought lots of DECENT football Lots of goals but most importantly wins if we can get a consistent run going well you never know

We need a good schedule. That was one thing that Berti did right - he got us ideal schedules which could have possibly allowed us to build momentum early and take a strong position in the group.
Shame his tactical naivety on the field completely negated the good fixture list he'd got for us, though...
Hopefully Walter can do the same, but this time build on the strong fixture position with some good results at the start of the campaign.
