PS3 coming to europe next year!?

Just red in a norwegian newspaper that people in the money industry in europe and US saying they don't think PS3 will be out before Summer 06 IN JAPAN!!!! maybe hiting the US before X-Mas and then europe in Jan-Feb!

Problems with the production of "cell" and a few games for release is the reason they point for the delay and this will be a problem for Blue-Ray on the market PS3 it's a throw weapon with it stuck on.
And that Sony will copy LIVE and Marketplace from MS.

That's entirely possible since we haven't seen anything from PS3 as of late, or they're hiding their games till E3. And ofcourse they're gonna copy LIVE, it's just too good.

I can't wait to see who wins this HD-DVD vs Blu-Ray battle :D

Yep, things are looking worse and worse for the PS3, which I think is great news. I'm fed up of Sony selling billions of PS2s every week when the console really is a pile of crap.

A console that lasts on average 2 and a half years is a crap console. Fact.

I don't think there's any point whatsoever getting a PS3 if you've already got a 360. You're going to be spending £300+ on something which is pretty much exactly the same as the console you've already got, but minus the great online service. Meh.

Out of every game for the PS2 and XBOX combined, Ninty still have winners. Its a shame that no one took the same interest in the GAMECUBE than the N64.

I'll still be getting a PS3, having just got my 360 and now looking at the xbox games catalogue, there doesn't tend to be too many overlaps for games on both systems. May be expensive to have both, but i'm perfectly happy with that.

i think killer referres to all f.fantasy i've played VII and VIII and the cut scenes were the high moment of the game, the cut scenes when the (oh i don't remember the name of the specials, gods) well you know!!!

Yeah, that's the main reason I'll be missing out on the PS3.

As far as I can see, it really isn't going to offer me much more than my Xbox 360 already does. Plus it'll cost a lot more as well.

the PSM a PS2 mag has come out with the news of sony "full-on-assault" to XBOX LIVE system, sony is copying it and add some new features, well, that's good even for us xbox users because then quality gets better when there's competition, MS can not stay on side line watching the game

i don't think it's a lie, sony making contracts to be sure of content quality and stuff, so sony is going for a LIVE service too!
but that's good because then MS has to upgrade LIVE, bring something new too!

Seriously, guys. PS3 is just not worth the wait. Apart from the fact that developing on Sony's "cell" technology would be a lot harder than on Xbox360, do you think game developers have received something resemblant to a PS3 developers' kit yet? I don't think so, and if questioned, they all say they don't know when it will ship either.

And - one more thing: Sony revealed they will be making a Live service too, but they don't have any experience AT ALL about Live gaming. And experience, in this case, is fundamental.

I'm not saying I won't be buying a PS3. I probably will, a few month after it ships. But people, don't be blind - it won't ship anytime soon, and if you're searching for next-gen gaming experiences, you already have the console for this.
