Assault Heroes 2 Release Date Confirmed
Vivendi have confirmed the release date for the much-anticipated sequel, Assault Heroes 2. As of Wednesday 14th May, XBOX Live owners can download the title for 800 Microsoft Points.
No Arcade Release This Week

New Crash Bandicoot Game Revealed
Sierra Entertainment has revealed that the world’s most famous bandicoot will return before Christmas 2008 in ‘Mind Over Mutant’. Early details suggest that Wumpa Island will be free-roaming; Crash will be able to do a load of new abilities including dodging and digging; enemies can be captured and upgraded; Crash’s sister Coca will return as a playable character and that the game will contain a cooperative mode.
New Spyro Game Revealed
The Legend of Spyro: Dawn of the Dragon has also been revealed. Elijah Wood and Gary Oldman will return to voice Spyro and Ignitus respectively and Christina Ricci and Mark Hamill have also been confirmed to voice characters. Two new elements have already been confirmed. The first is that Spyro can now fly at any time and secondly, that players can drop-in/drop out in a new co-operative feature.
New Prince of Persia Game Announced
Ubisoft confirmed a new Prince of Persia game is in the making. No name or release date was given but Ubisoft did promise: “A brand-new illustrative art style” and “a new breed of gameplay.”
