A: If you would like to become an affiliate and be featured on the site's Affiliate area, we ask that your own website's traffic should achieve on average of 3000 Unique hits per day (80,000-100,000 Unique hits per month) or greater. Also your site must be Alexa Ranked. You can check this by entering your website here. The reason we ask to meet this criteria is so that we achieve equal benefit of site traffic by linking to each other.

Q: I have a hardware/software problem can you help me?
A: We are not Microsoft, Sony or Nintendo, so please refrain from asking for any help with your faulty console, accessory or bug in a particular title, we won't be of any help to you and you are best contacting the specific manufacturer of that device or game. Your can discuss your issues in our Forum and our community of members may be able to help you.

Q: Can I become a staff member?
A: We are always keen to hear requests to become a Console Monster member of staff. If you are (preferably) over 18 years old and have good english writing skills, get in touch with us. Let us know where you are from, your age, any examples or links to previous articles/work and the area you're interested in helping us out with. On receiving your enquiry we will take a look and depending on if there is a staff position in that area available we will get back to you.

Q: I'd like to apply for a paid position at Console Monster
A: Console Monster is run by dedicated individuals who allocate their own spare time into creating the great community site it is today. Our staff are rewarded with review software or hardware that they get to keep after reviewing them, plus any other gaming swag we can get our hands on and invites to game preview and launch events.

Q: I'd like to advertise on your site
A: We are always keen on hearing from agencies and publishers who wish to advertise on the site. Please get in touch with us and let us know any offers or proposals, and on reviewing your enquiry, if we believe it is a worthy venture we will then get back to you as soon as we can.

Q: We are a SEO company and would like to get you at the top of Google
A: We are not interested nor have the finances to pay you to do so. So unless you want to do this for free then please do not contact us about serch engine optimising our site.

A: Release dates change on a daily basis on some titles. Some titles slip, some are just more accurate than others. Please view our Release Dates page or view the games Details panel in the games overview page.

Q: Does < insert game name > work on a NTSC/PAL Console?
A: The chances are we will not know the answer to every regional title. For a faster response please ask in our Forums or do a Google search for that title.

Q: Can you sponsor our Clan?
A: Unfortunately we cannot financially fund or sponsor a Clan. You can always arrange a match with our community of Monsters over in our Forum.
